Vicky’s background includes leading compliance departments for national Law Firms, supporting various start-ups, acquisitions, ABS applications and management transitions. This experience shaped her understanding that true, sustainable success begins with people, their mindset, clarity and connection to purpose.

After years of coaching leaders and teams through change, Vicky founded her own consultancy and later Victory Retreats, inspired by her time mentoring young adults leaving care and her own journey of personal recovery and transformation. Today, she is bringing together practical business insight, compliance expertise, and a people-first approach to help individuals and organisations create clarity, balance, and lasting results.
