Steve Brett

Steve is a founder of E3 Compliance Training, founded to tackle the widespread use of ‘box ticking’ training traditionally used for compliance. Steve met his co-founder at a games conference and together they hatched a plan to tackle the problem of the lack of engagement in compliance training.

In his spare time, Steve is either out walking or out on the water. After 19 years operational experience with mountain rescue helping people both in floods and on the hills, he is teaching at his local sailing club as well as building his sailing skills. He recently qualified as a coastal skipper.
