Rob Pearce

Passionate about helping people develop from an early age, it’s no surprise that Rob has spent the last 15 years working within Learning & Development and Sales Enablement, mostly in the Tech Sector. Working at E3, being training and tech, just makes sense!

Before moving into a Full-Time L&D role and passing his CIPD in Learning & Development Practice, Rob was always coaching and training other people within the roles he did in the financial and travel sectors. Compliance was never far away and Rob was one of a very small group of people who actually enjoyed “Dangerous Goods” when working for an airline.

Rob lives at home with his wife Laurie, daughter Winnie and spaniel Woody. In his spare time he loves to play golf, he’s an active member of Macclesfield Roundtable, where he helps to organise MaccBeerFest, the town’s biggest annual Charity event. He is also a Volunteer Search Manager with Cheshire Search & Rescue
